We are the earth. Knowing this and being this allows our energy to flow and digest as empaths. This is an intro meditation to do in times when you need to embody that you are the earth and digest your energy.
Embracing out Burnout Phase 2
Phase two of embracing the energy of our burnout so we learn from it and shift it. This step invites us to lean on our earth so we can get curious about what our burnout is trying to teach us. This is also the second step of a regenerative cycle, which help us reclaim our energy in difficult times and become regenerative leaders. Embracing our Burnout Phase 1
Here's an initial exercise to touch into our burnout as a way to embrace its energy so we can learn from it rather than just be burdened by it. This step is about locating our burnout in our bodies. This is also the first step of a regenerative cycle, which help us reclaim our energy in difficult times and become regenerative leaders.
